    My methods are gentle and customized for your family.
    I will provide you with an understanding of sleep.
    I give opportunities for you to be in the room with your child, maintain eye-contact and offer comforting words and touch.
    I don't include CIO (cry it out), controlled crying or extinction as part of my approach.
    We will talk about what things you may be doing that block your success.
    As we implement the plan, I will guide you and take ALL of the guess work out of the process.
    This is the reason why I started Taylor Walters Sleep Consulting! I can create a customize sleep plan and work side by side with you to help you meet all your goals!

When we work together, you get my one-on-one support for the duration of your child's sleep plan.

This looks like:
A preliminary evaluation call to make sure we are a great fit for each other.
A fully customized sleep plan so you feel comfortable implementing change and seeing success.
A private 1 hour consultation to discuss the sleep plan, step by step, and answer all your burning questions.
A nursery/bedroom assessment and expert advice for reducing distractions and overstimulation.
Daily* unlimited Voxer (walkie talkie) support so you feel supported during the plan implementation.
Real-time shared sleep log so that we can see trends in sleep patterns and accurately troubleshoot.
2 weeks of unlimited email support so your middle of the night questions don't get forgotten.
A final goodbye package, that includes nap transitions, dealing with sickness, sleep while traveling, etc.

What does this mean for you? You will finally leave the sleep deprivation and frustration behind you! AND you will have the sleep confidence you've been dreaming of.

VIP Experience


This exclusive package is for you if you are looking for extra support during the most difficult nights of sleep training. By investing in this package, you will be confident and encouraged that you are implementing your personalized plan without any errors. You will also have peace of mind that any sleep struggles that come up after our two weeks together will be easily navigated with my follow up support.

The VIP Experience: On night 1 of your sleep plan, we will connect (in-home or via video call) as your bedtime routine is beginning. From that point forward, I will stay by your side (or on your device) to coach and support you while you implement the new strategies until your child sleeps soundly. At that point, we will regroup and continue education to make sure that you are confident handling any night waking’s.

The VIP package includes the services of the package listed above plus the following:

Bedtime: $695

In-Home/Virtual bedtime support (6 pm to 9 pm) -- Night 1
Text message support (6 pm to 9 pm) -- Nights 2 and 3
An additional week of email support

Half-Night: $1295

In-Home/Virtual bedtime support (6 pm to 12a) -- Night 1
Text message support (6 pm to 9p) -- Nights 2 and 3
Monthly email support after graduating from the program for one year

What sets me apart in the sleep coaching industry is that you will have me by your side for the duration of your sleep plan to:

EDUCATE you about why sleep is so important for your child’s well-being. This will give you all the motivation you need to make changes to your child’s sleep habits.
SUPPORT you by creating an easy-to-follow, step-by-step plan that is the right approach for your child. All children are different, and nobody knows your child better than you do. I will encourage you to share this knowledge with me to help inform the customized sleep plan that I create.
COMMUNICATE with you and show you how to measure success. No, you shouldn’t expect your child to sleep 12 uninterrupted hours on the first night — although it does happen! I’ll tell you what you should expect and be available to support you along the way through my follow up support. This is the BEST part of my program according to most of my clients.
